By default, the heart rate zones are determined by estimating your max heart rate based on your age. You can override the calculated max heart rate under app settings. An indicator on the heart rate, cadence and power widgets will be displayed while you are within the target range. • Heart rate, height, weight, gender, speed, slope, and power are used to estimate the number of calories burned during a bicycle ride. • Option to automatically pause recording when motion stops. • Light/dark mode.
