UNDERSTAND THE BASICS In Sweden, the most common property types are houses (you own the building and land) and co-op apartments (bostadsrätt), where you buy the right to live in an apartment within a housing association. 2. SEARCH FOR HOMES ON HEMNET Homes are advertised on Hemnet with detailed listings, photos, floor plans, and pricing. You can search by location, price, size, features and key words. 3.
