For enhanced traction, threaded spikes are supplied to provide the ULTIMATE in wet weather traction. FITMENT CFMoto Ibex 450 (all years) DESIGN NOTES The stock pegs on the CFMoto Ibex 450 leave a lot to be desired. The small size doesn’t do a lot to support the riders boot, especially when standing, which limit control and comfort while on the motorcycle. The large size of the Black Dog pegs address this by providing a substantial platform to control the bike, providing much more leverage to control the bike, which is like adding POWER STEERING to the bike. In addition, the larger size also provides much more comfort at the riders boot is fully support, reducing fatigue and enhancing comfort. These Traction Pegs also have large void areas to allow mud, snow and debris to flow through. The pointed teeth on the tread of the pegs provide plenty of traction and more traction is available by threading in the "traction spikes" into each peg (included). Another innovative feature is that the threaded spikes are removable to reduce wear on the soles of your boot when not in wet conditions and are replaceable! NUTS, BOLTS AND BENEFITS Enlarged Size Our pegs are 2.5-inch wide x 4.5-inch long and weight only 6 oz. each. This creates a LARGE, STABLE platform from which to control the bike. They greatly improves control of bike—it’s like adding power steering! More Legroom These pegs are 1/2 " lower than stock. It may not sound like much but feedback confirms it is noticeable.
