Students will explore pinch, coil, and slab techniques to create functional and sculptural wares including cups, mugs, bowls, plates, figures, and more! This course will also feature an emphasis on surface design techniques including using underglazes as paints, inlay, paper transfer, sgraffito and relief carving.
