This is achieved by modifying the footprint of the optic itself. The ACRO-Witness cut moves the rear sight in front of the optic, protecting the front glass. Please Note: This voids the warranty on the ACRO optic. This cut is not compatible with a non-modified ACRO. If you get a new ACRO, you'll need to have it modified by us.
