If there is any dispute, your order will be canceled and any monies paid will be refunded. The purchase of this Ownership Transfer entitles the purchaser to the support offered to those who purchase a dongle interface directly from Ross-Tech or one of our listed distributors. This Ownership Transfer does not include phone tech support for vehicle-related questions. It does however make the new owner eligible to purchase that separately: Annual Phone Support This Ownership Transfer does not entitle the purchaser to any written or implied warranty. As the Ross-Tech Warranty states: Ross-Tech warranties are not transferable. VCDS registrations/licenses are not transferable. You can sell your interface, but you cannot sell or transfer the ownership rights of the license.
