Kewtech SMARTPAT PAT Tester The Kewtech SMARTPAT PAT Tester is a Pass/Fail portable appliance tester which can be converted to a full downloading PAT tester when used with Kewtech’s KEWPAT app (more information below). The Kewtech PAT Tester will indicate whether a portable appliance has passed or failed a particular test by changing the large, LCD, backlit display’s colour to either green (pass) or red (fail).
