Our Carver collection. Designed to add some extra power and versatility to your kitchen, this collection is perfect for the professional or enthusiast who has several knives already. This set of three knives are your dining table companions, whether you are carving ham, roast or sourdough. The 'Croc' has deep, angular serrations for slicing bread or fatty meats like pork, the 'Dingo' is a 20cm carver with a nice weight distribution to keep each slice even and smooth, and the 'Koala' is great for the fiddly in-between tasks like removing bones or trussing.  If you'd like engraving on your blades just send us a note or give us a call - 0488 050 055. We have a laser engraver in the shed so we can even engrave on the spine :) Handles for each knife can be chosen - feel to contact us regarding what is in stock  *Please Note: Handles are made using Australian wood burl (roots) so each knife is unique. Description VG10 high carbon Japanese steel construction with sandblast finish. The high carbon content core ensures a razor-sharp cutting edge, clad with stainless steel for protection. Sandblasting the top section of the blade seemed fitting for an Australian knife. From the beaches in Bondi to the dunes on Birdsville, we stand on a sandy country. Practically, this creates a non-stick surface to help glide through vegetables without sticking. Our wood handles are sourced from the length and breadth of Australia.
