Grievance ProcedureTitle II/Section 504The grievance procedure may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging a failure to accommodate and/or discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of website services, activities, programs or benefits by the West Virginia Department of Education.The complaint should be in writing unless an alternative method for filing is requested, such as a personal interview or an mp3 recording of the complaint.
