We are so excited to be bringing you a Mini Morning Retreat, this time to celebrate SUMMER!  a fusion of Vinyasa flow with Qi Gong inspired moving meditation.  Building to core focus in Pilates, followed by long held passive movements in Yin Yoga wrapping up in a glorious Shavasana.
