Obituary for Gail Elizabeth Flynn SchouvillerHer Lord and savior, Jesus Christ called Gail Elizabeth Flynn Schouviller home on April 7, 2026. She passed peacefully with family at her side, at Benefis Teton Medical Center in Choteau, MT.Born to Charles H. Flynn, M.D. and Esther M. (Felton) Flynn, RN, in Maryville Missouri on the 26th day of August 1938, she was an adored only child. Her preschool years were lived in Tarkio, Missouri. The family moved to Clarinda, Iowa where she attended grade and high schools. Gail was a pianist from a young age and took up flute in junior high, playing in band and marching band through high school. Her post-secondary education was at Colorado Women’s college, where she earned a degree in psychology. Taking work with the American Red Cross, she was sent to work in San Antonio, Texas.In 1962 she married LeRoy F. Schouviller in San Antonio. When Lee finished his draft engagement, they moved to Detroit, MI with Lee returning to his work at Northwest Airlines. After a few years, they moved their growing family to Billings, Montana, where they raised their two children. Together they built two homes, one in the city and one in rural Huntley. Gail was a homemaker until the children were in grade school. During this time, she attended PEO meetings, bowled on a league and helped with Girl Scout and 4-H projects. She then worked at JoAnn Fabrics, Big Sky Airlines and at Grand Travel, all jobs she really enjoyed. The travel bug that had infected Lee, also got Gail. They traveled to five continents, numerous tropical islands by air and sea. Cruising became a wonderful adventure, and they did this with many friends and relatives. Of all their travels, taking each grandchild on a trip when they turned ten years old were some of her favorite memories.As active members of St. Cyril and Methodius Catholic parish (Pompey’s Pillar and Worden) she played piano for the mass on Saturday evening and taught first communion cl
