Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op de bouwplaats soepel verloopt: van de aansturing van vaklieden en onderaannemers tot het bewaken van de planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en weet als geen ander hoe je mensen motiveert en samenwerkt met verschillende partijen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding, werkorganisatoren en andere uitvoerders. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat dit complexe renovatieproject tot in de puntjes wordt uitgevoerd.
