Think play clothes/shoes! Reservation Information: Your reservation is under your name - please look for your designated area to gather your group. All players must arrive 20 minutes prior to your reservation time. All players must complete a waiver. Waivers are available at the field. Once waivers are completed, please (organizer only) bring waivers to the registration window to check-in your group. Your package must be paid by one form of payment - we accept cash and cc. Individual payments are accepted for additional gear and supplies but not for the package balance. $20 minimum for credit card transactions. You are welcome to bring outside food and drinks (non-alcoholic) We play RAIN or SHINE Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy: *Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us (via email) about cancelling or rescheduling at least 8 days prior to your reservation date to receive a full refund or to transfer your deposit to another confirmed date. *Any cancellation or request to reschedule made within a week (7 days) of your reservation results in no refund or a partial refund, depending on your package. ** 3 Hour Package - no refund ** All Day Package - only final deposit refunded ($25 per player) or ** refund amount may vary if cancellation is 3 days or less, prior to your reservation date. ** cancellations made with 24 hours of reservation will result in no refund. *In an event of "no show", your deposit is nonrefundable/ nontransferable.
