Hazy Blonde is an unfiltered Helles Lager that pours a hazy, pale straw colour with a persistent, white head. The name of the style, Kellerbier, originates from the term “cellar beer” which was traditionally in reference to its cool lagering temperature. The beer has a yeast driven aroma with notes of straw and hints of citrus. Hazy Blonde has prominent flavours of fresh white bread and a lingering finish reminiscent of German malts. Our Kellerbier is a light and easy-drinking brew, yet is still satisfying for anyone who tends to prefer bolder beers. Drink it fresh!
