The goals of Club fundraising efforts have always been to raise the full amount for an approved grant. In the event that OESCA can only provide partial support for an approved grant, CHF will supplement the shortfall from unrestricted funds no matter what percentage amount is required. The CHF's guaranteed matching support at the research level provides researchers with financial assurance for the full grant cycle, and provides OES donors with the assurance that research will not be disrupted due to limited funding availability.
