Frequently asked questionsHow often are the lockers filled?Lockers are filled twice daily, Monday through Saturday.Why can’t I pick up my items at the locker immediately?The library needs time to gather and process your items. If you need your hold quickly, please choose in-library pickup instead.Should I return items to a locker?No, do not return items in a locker. Please place all returns in the designated book return.How long do I have to pick up my items?When your hold is ready, you’ll receive a notification by phone, text, or email. You have seven days to pick it up.What if I no longer want the item in my locker?Please return unwanted items in the book return. Do not leave them in the locker. Once a locker door is closed, the system assumes the item is in your possession and checks it out to your account. To cancel a hold before pickup, call the Circulation Department at (330) 688-3295 ext. 3 during library hours.Why are my holds in multiple lockers?If you have more items than can fit in one locker, staff will use multiple lockers. Additionally, items loaded on different days may be placed in separate lockers.The locker opened, but these are not my holds.
