Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges on exchanged scale in addition to return shipping of original scale. Closeout & Clearance Items Closeout and Clearance items are not eligible for return unless it has been determined to be defective. Defective closeout and clearance items will be eligible for exchange (or store credit if unavailable). Returns Defective Products / Errors B-TEK Scales will replace any product that is defective or was shipped in error at no cost to the customer.
