Needs to be reconstituted in water or broth.  Add ¾ cup of water to each cup of meat (enough liquid to cover completely).  Cook for a minimum of 5 minutes on medium heat or until the meat swells up to twice its size.  If cooking with a recipe having high moisture content (soups, sauces, etc.), simply add SOL meats directly to the pot – no reconstitution required.
