The typical food grade diatomaceous earth dosage for general health is roughly one or two heaping teaspoons a day (usually in the morning) in any beverage. Some report increased energy levels, so morning may be the best time to use. Taking DE internally for humans: Start at ½ teaspoon each day for 1 week. Every week thereafter please increase the dose by ½ teaspoon. You will gradually increase the dose like this until you get to 1 tablespoon.
