Meant for the active saberist, this saber is balanced and comfortable, melding with the wielder's hands like it was meant for them since birth. Offered with your choice of emitter crown and neck accent colors, as well as black powdercoated accents on the body sections and pommel. The emitter is packed with detail, from the elegant rounded rings at the crown, to the 4 sets of light emitting 'gill slits' in the center. The engraved detail around the switch area offers an asymmetrical catch for the eye. Just enough to give the area some contrast. The other side offers the chance to add extra flair with an optional SMD LED bargraph or OLED screen, and different frame metals as well. The middle v-grooved grip provides a non-slip surface in a traditional fashion. The rear, vertically milled 'booster' section offers an off-set look to the v-grooved grip. The pommel stands out as a very familiar power cell design with raised cubes, but in a non obtrusive, unique placement, complete with wide sound vents for great volume and resonance control. I have used it extensively and have absolutely no complaints outside of the time table. That said, it was ordered during COVID and its associated shortages so completely understandable. ENTRY MODEL : this lightsaber is different from any other we carry. Equipped with a special Xeno3 board and a 72cm blade only, it cuts the budget to an all time low. This saber is exclusively provided with a Base Xeno3 board: the same functions as all Xeno3 but 16 soundfonts only and no SD card slot, so no ability to add or change soundfonts. All other functions are similar, from smoothswing to blade modes, bluetooth app etc... It comes with a 72cm blade, and if chosen in neopixel it has a low density 60 pixels blade. Perfect for young jedi or people wanting to keep their fun at a low budget. All that in its own unique packaging. Limitations: due to the thinner construction of the hilt, we recommend to NOT use this saber for strong dueling, academy training and competitions. Our recommandation is still to supervise kids under 13 due to the complex electronics and 18650 lithium batteries powering the unit. VHC : Although this saber is of a thinner construction, it has VHC threads (Variable Hilt Component standard by Nexus Sabers), meaning it can be associated with parts of other VHC sabers and can accommodate VHC compatible accessories. Just be reminded the parts won't perfectly align due to the slightly different construction. Like all of our amazing sabers, this hilt is made of aluminium 6063.
