智慧觀議課 與 HiTA 5 使用情況與統計
智慧觀議課是一種非正式、非評鑑的課室觀察方式，透過短暫快速、經常性、結構化、有焦點的觀察，蒐集班級中課程教學與學習的資料，並在走察之後，就所觀察到的資料，由觀課人員與教師進行後續的省思會談，共同討論並給予教師回饋與建議，進而改進班級的教學實務。
而智慧觀議課App行動應用軟體則是提供學校走察人員實際觀課時用以紀錄、蒐集、上傳觀察資料之用的一種工具。
