Designed for the latest generation iPhone and iOS 9, this App supports Appointment Reminders, Pre-Registration Questionnaires, Consent Forms, Patient Profiles and more. Upon completing mobile registration, the App generates a bar code that can be scanned at an arrival kiosk in your physician’s office to expedite the check-in process. Interactive push notifications allow your physician to communicate important reminders about your upcoming services. New messages generate notifications that appear on the CheckinAsystPLUS badge. Functionalities of the App: 1.User can register with the app giving few details like first name,Middle name ,last name,DOB,Username and password. 2.Once after login User can see instruction widget if he/she is a new user.If User is associated to any Hospital organisation (demo User is associated with Organization),then User can see multiple widgets like Appointments,My profile and many other widgets. 3. User can request for an appointment in the Appointments widget using schedule appointment option.If the appointment is confirmed from Hospital then user can complete pre check-in process.User can cancel the requested appointment if he/she wish to by using arrow down icon. 4.If appointment is created ,User can complete pre check-in process.It can be done if appointment is in “Pre Check-in Ready” Status.This process includes confirming the appointment ,Updating the profile ,accepting or declining the consent forms and Electronic signature. 5.User can update his profile using My profile widget. 6.Activity Log widget includes notifications pushed to the device. 7.Once the user completes pre check-in,app will receive a push notification.
