Can you crack the code and find the mystery words? Your child will use their knowledge of beginning sounds to crack the code and record mystery words. Your child will practice beginning sounds by matching a letter to a picture. The letters then spell out words for the child to read. Mystery Words keeps track of your child’s scores. Data is collected by entering in a child’s name. It shows which letter they substituted by mistake by recording a score for correct verses incorrect letters. You can also see how many words they got correct and the percentage of correct words. You can then use the results to determine if your child needs more instruction on a certain letter sound.
