It aims to enable citizens and residents to securely and quickly access their health services and medical records, with the ability to easily manage family members’ health profiles. 1. Health Information Access Users can view the following: • Personal and family health records • Upcoming and past appointments • Laboratory test results • Radiology reports • Approved medical reports • Chronic disease history • Allergy information • Diabetes data • Vaccination history • Prescriptions by date and healthcare facility or hospital • Previous medical leaves • Submitted requests and their statuses 2.
