mCharts is a Personal Health Record (PHR) application that collects health records and clinical records from Apple Health and your other medical providers. It makes health and clinical records easy to understand and accessible to the right people at the right time. Your records are stored in highly secure, HIPAA-compliant systems in the cloud, so they are always available when needed, for routine care or emergency needs. Use this app with the mCharts Web App. mChartsHealth retrieves all available medical/clinical information from Apple Health Records, which you have connected to your healthcare providers. The information is displayed in easy to understand views like the human body map. Additionally, mChartsHealth retrieves other Health and Clinical Category data which is used to help you set and track goals. mChartsHealth displays health data from other providers, and health information you enter manually.
