(Any of the default data items can be hidden.) - Body Weight - Body Mass Index (Auto-calc) - Body Fat Percentage - Lean Body Mass (Auto-calc) - Body Fat (Auto-calc) - Waist Circumference - Body Temperature * - Basal Body Temperature * - Steps - Walking + Running Distance - Cycling Distance - Swimming Distance - Wheelchair Distance * - Wheelchair Pushes * - Exercise Minutes * - Active Energy * - Resting Energy * *: Data items initially set as hidden. Apart from these data items, you can also record and sort your own data items! §Sync to "Health" App The values of the following data items can be imported from and exported to "Health" app. - Body Weight - Body Fat Percentage - Waist Circumference - Body Temperature - Basal Body Temperature - Steps - Walking + Running Distance - Cycling Distance - Swimming Distance - Wheelchair Distance - Wheelchair Pushes - Active Energy - Resting Energy The values of the following data items can be imported from "Health" app. (Exporting to "Health" app is not allowed.) - Exercise Minutes The values of the following data items can be exported to "Health" app. (This app calculates the values from body weight and body fat percentage.) - Body Mass Index (Auto-calc) - Lean Body Mass (Auto-calc) §Data Export Functionality This functionality allows you to output data recorded on the app onto files in CSV format, so they can be transferred to PCs, etc. This data can then be used by processing it on spreadsheet software such as Excel. §Data Records Screen This screen records the numerical values like your weight and exercise values. Configuration changes for adding new input data items can be made from the "Input Item List" on the Settings screen. §Graph Screen This screen allows you to verify the numerical data recorded on the Data Records screen by plotting it on a graph. §Settings Screen This screen allows you to configure basic information, display settings, record master data, etc. Please set your "Gender" and "Height". These values will be used for calculating your BMI.
