The Ogle County IL Circuit Clerk mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with area residents. The Adams County Clerk of Courts App allows residents to easily make payments, search records, access e-File, and other interactive features, as well as provides the community the latest news and information. The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is a Constitutional Office. While the Clerk is elected on a county wide basis, it is not a county office as defined by the Illinois Constitution.
