The APP is only available to a closed user group (e.g. for exhibitors and their marketing and sales team at a trade fair/event). A user account in our EMS (Event Management System) is required to use the APP. XFAIR.lead allows you to not only capture a person’s business card information but also the data for qualifying the person as a lead. The APP provides the following key features: - Log in with your EMS account - Scan business cards, vCard or badges - Qualify every lead using a customized data-capture form - Add notes and additional pictures - Get immediate access to all captured leads and edit contacts in the App’s history section The APP is integrated in EMS which enables a real-time synchronisation of the leads generated and a real-time export of the data. You can instantly follow up on leads by sending an email and relevant information to your contacts. Also, you can easily route and assign leads to the right sales person. The APP is working online and offline. When in offline mode, the data is collected and stored locally and will be transmitted to EMS as soon as a connection is available.
