Empowered: PMS Wellness is a mobile application designed to manage premenstrual syndrome (PMS) with holistic remedies, and ultimately to bring more joy in our lives. 3 out of 4 women experience PMS, yet many do not know when their cycle is approaching or how to treat the symptoms that can impact their mood, energy, and general wellbeing. There are many tools and conversations about tracking a woman’s menstrual cycle, mostly in the capacity of family planning. But we noticed a gap around a tool that focuses on PMS, specifically how to track and manage PMS symptoms. Empowered: PMS Wellness is a tool designed for women/by women, to feel empowered about their bodies and to find natural solutions to produce balance between mind and body! With this tool you can: * View daily wellness affirmations * Track your PMS cycle with a cycle calculator and opt-in notifications * Shop our curated wellness marketplace Plus premium features, that allow you to: * View insights about your cycle * Find holistic remedies to treat symptoms * Engage in a social community for support And much more! This app is designed for all menstruating people, but specifically Black women and other women of color that have typically been marginalized and have data-backed evidence of reduced outcomes of care due to bias and barriers of access. We believe that knowledge is power and by learning to manage our hormone health, we can empower our minds and relax our souls! After a week-long trial period, users can continue access to the Empowered app with auto-renewing subscriptions that are offered as in-app purchases. You can select between a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions allow you access to all basic and premium features. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewals may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
