Welcome to Hot Yoga Stavanger! We are located at Tastagata 34, Stavanger. Hot Yoga Stavanger offers hot and normal yoga, pilates classes and fitness classes, our main focus is on hot trainings. Bikram, vinyasa, fitness training, yin yoga, Inferno hot pilates, yoga for beginners, restorative yoga, Gong bath and meditation classes are what we offer most. Bikram, vinyasa and pilates classes are a complete workout where the entire body is engaged, they are dynamic, active practices designed to work on the muscular half of the tissues.Yin classes allows us to work on the other half of the body, the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. The subject of Restorative and meditation classes is our mind, body and spirit. A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation growing in popularity as a modern healing technique. It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instruments during a session. No knowledge or experience is required and it can be viewed as a form of meditation accessible to everyone.
