This app is part of an innovative teaching project designed to enrich your first 100 days at the university. Features: The Improv Dailies Quick, fun games rooted in the principles of improvisational theater. Six categories to choose from: Be Creative, Get Energy, Let Go, Feel Connected, Have Fun, Be Positive. Individual and partner+ options are available. The Reflections Five thought-provoking moments to help you reassess your experiences and personal growth. Focus on key life skills and outcomes: resilience, ability to connect, well-being, social integration, and academic achievement. The Surveys Track your personal development through five short surveys. Earn 1 SONA credit for completing all surveys. Your input helps us improve our mentoring program. Data Privacy & Consent Your privacy is our priority. All data is stored confidentially and has been approved by the Faculty of Psychology and Neurosciences at Maastricht University.
