Try to rate yourself daily to get the most use of the app. This mood and sleep diary app is financed by sfbup - Swedish Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Sfbup is a non profit organisation. The app is free to use for anyone and no advertising is included. When installed on your cellular phone the app can be used offline, without connection to internet. Your ratings are private and only locally stored on your cellular phone.
