The only App that is able to get your GPS location quickly after a cold reboot is the Google Maps App. If you do perform a cold reboot, you will need a few minutes for the phone to set up its GPS location for Apps that use the phone's GPS data. If you did not perform a cold reboot, then the App should not have trouble getting GPS data from the phone's built-in GPS system.
