Welcome to Leapmonth! We're here to help you complete lifestyle challenges inspired and guided by your heroes. If you want to push yourself to be your very best or just want to try something new, you're in the right place. Here's how it works: Pick a Leapmonth challenge you want to try for 29 days. Before you accept a challenge, you'll be able watch a trailer that lets you learn more about what to expect from your mentor and what kinds of things you'll be asked to do. Once you've accepted a challenge, it's game on! You'll receive video guidance every day from your mentor giving you an action to take that day to complete the day's challenge. The challenges will start off easy and will gradually ramp up as you progress. You're doing this challenge with other people so hold each other accountable and check-in with a photo or video to complete the day's challenge. You'll be able to see your completed daily challenges for both you and your friends to see how far you've come. Try not to miss any days though or your mentor will be soooo disappointed in you and you'll earn fewer points. If you make it through all 29 days, you'll successfully complete your Leapmonth challenge and more importantly, taken real positive action to become the best version of yourself, all with the help of your mentor.
