Card mode allows you to authenticate by presenting your phone against the reader without needing to unlock the screen. My2N utilizes a foreground service for the following purposes: Calling: To seamlessly initiate and manage calls. Without the foreground service, users will only receive notifications of incoming calls but will not be able to receive the calls themselves.
