Products from the categories leakage detection, water treatment, hygiene control and heating system monitoring can be monitored and controlled when you are out and about. Thus, the user can check and change all settings anytime as desired – and he will be informed e.g. in case a leakage problem is detected: in the event of an emergency, it will be possible to react without delay. The App is a tangible advantage for our business and trade partners as it offers them real value added: overviews of all product areas (water and filter technology, pressure regulation, protection devices, safety valves, valves for heating systems, heating water conditioning and SYR Connect), brochures, videos explaining products and their installation, FAQ´s, dates of current shows and required data of all central contacts. The integrated QR-code scanner completes SYR’s App. It provides access to more detailed information on spare parts and instructions for use and installation of a specific device. The corresponding QR-code can be found on an adhesive label enclosed to the SYR products. This additional service facilitates the installer’s work.
