System Information and Notes Service: Our Siedle app service offers around 95% availability. You'll be notified directly in the app about maintenance or disruptions. Requirements: The app requires an active internet connection and is compatible with various Siedle systems, including Siedle IQ, Smart Gateway, Siedle Access Professional, and Siedle home telephones. Note on mobile use: The app transmits audio signals over the data channel (VoIP) of your mobile network. Connection quality depends on your mobile provider and network coverage.
