Bij lage temperaturen in de winter verwarmt hij de buitenlucht voor en houdt hij de lucht vorstvrij. Het optimale bedrijf van de ventilatie-unit ComfoAir Q is daarmee ook gewaarborgd bij buitentemperaturen onder het vriespunt. In de zomer koelt de aardwarmtewisselaar ComfoFond-L Q de buitenlucht en ondersteunt hij een conventioneel aircosysteem.
