A code of conduct is an important tool in educating your team for the purpose of ensuring ethical, legal, and behavior that meets the values and beliefs that shape the core identify of the ministry.  For Christian leaders, a code of conduct will typically reflect biblical and moral guidelines that help to build trust and shape culture.
