Le jeudi 29 janvier dernier, le pS-Eau, en partenariat avec SO Coopération, a animé un atelier sur la gestion de cycle de projet avec un focus sur le diagnostic eau et assainissement à Niort dans les Deux-Sèvres. La journée a été ponctuée d’apports théoriques, d’échanges et d’un travail en groupe sur des études de cas. L’étape de diagnostic est une étape primordiale dans le cycle de projet, elle permet d’assurer la pertinence et de renforcer la pérennité des actions. Nous remercions tous les participantes et toutes les participantes pour leur présence et leur très bon accueil à Niort ! Nous nous retrouvons très vite en Nouvelle-Aquitaine pour de nouveaux ateliers de formation.
