The eVoucher is delivered via email to your customer inbox and can be easily forwarded to any recipient for use online at Koorong.com, or in-store at Koorong and Pages Cafe locations across Australia. To purchase an eVoucher, click 'Add to Basket'. eVouchers are digital vouchers. For physical vouchers please visit a store. Conditions: Treat eVouchers like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards have no value until activated. Once activated, it can be redeemed for the purchase of products in-store or online at any Koorong store or Pages Cafe, as long as the purchase is not of excluded items (such as another gift card). This card can be used for full or partial payment but is not redeemable for cash or credit. Koorong gift cards are not reloadable. See below for the list of excluded items. Gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase written on the card. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry. Order Confirmation: This email will arrive shortly after your purchase. 2. Digital eVoucher: Your eVoucher will be sent in a separate email, which may take between 10 minutes and 4 hours to reach your inbox. 3. Please note that the eVoucher will be sent to your customer email. You are then able to forward it on to any recipient.
