 For those who need to be always available, Kalliope has designed the KCTI mobile app for iOS® systems. Telephone and UC services can also be accessed outside the office, using the extension number and using company lines. The Mobile App offers the freedom to choose how to manage your calls based on the availability of data traffic: • Call-Back mode: the mobile app allows you to manage incoming and outgoing calls
through the user's SIM, then in GSM mode, using the company lines attested to KalliopePBX®. The call will have the same quality as a normal mobile phone call without any cost on the mobile phone contract and will be masked by the company's geographical number. • Softphone mode: the user uses the smartphone like an extension. KalliopeCTI Mobile will allow the smartphone to register directly on KalliopePBX® like any IP client. The softphone mode therefore offers:
 • Integrated SIP Client
 • Integrated native libraries to ensure softphone reachability even when the terminal is in standby.
 • Call notification with app turned off or in stand-by mode
 • Management of VoIP calls in native way * A KCTI Pro license is required to use the GSM ™ mode only. For the use of both modes, GSM ™ and Softphone, a KCTI Phone license is required instead
