Just add your sugars as per the pattern. You will receive a prompt response from the nursing team for any abnormal readings. If needed, nurses will connect you directly to your doctor. You can also use this app to chat with the care team, view your latest prescriptions, and maintain logs of vitals (like weight and blood pressure). This App has been integrated with Apple Health App to fetch Walking + Running distance data.
