Sculpt45 is a rhythm-based mat workout that pairs bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting through light weights and high reps. The Sculpt room is set to 94 degrees, be prepared to sweat. In the Tread studio, you'll move through treadmill and floor sections to challenge your cardiovascular load and overall strength.
