The EC Screen is a quick cognitive screening tool using core screening algorithm developed and validated by Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dementia is a set of symptoms affected by a group of diseases which Alzheimer’s disease is the most common one. There is no effective medication for dementia but we can prepare well for it by an early diagnosis. EC Screen is an easy-to-use tool suitable for general public to perform dementia screening by themselves. The app consists of three questions and can be completed within a few minutes. It also provides useful information and links to relevant online resources about dementia. Let’s download the app and perform the screening test for yourself, families, and friends.
