Current Health Issues - Review your current health issues and update them as needed. Advance Care Planning – Review and upload documents, such as advance directives and a living will. Organ and tissue donor registration - Registering to be an organ and tissue donor is easy. Appointments – View appointments and receive reminders. Proxy access – Access your family’s health information through proxy access. Apple Health - Connect your account to Apple Health to pull your health-related data form your personal device straight into MyDHR.
