Welcome to the City of Riverside’s 311 App. This app allows you to submit service requests for common things like a clogged storm drain, code violation, removal of graffiti, park maintenance and more. You can also review submitted and closed requests and pay your Riverside Public Utilities bill right from the app. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 AND DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING. Though monitored, this app does not imply or ensure immediate response. LOG IN We recommend creating an account so you can access your past 311 submissions and check the status of pending requests. You can use the app without an account but you will not be able to access past submissions nor check the status of a submission. PHOTO TIPS If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will be sent with photos which have been taken when submitting 311 requests. If you have not enabled geolocation services, you will need to provide the address and cross street of the incident. We request that you take photos with as much of the surrounding area as possible so that our teams can easily identify the location. You may submit multiple photos. Please do not attempt to take photos while driving. This app is free from the City of Riverside but your carrier may charge standards rates for use of data.
