This workout timer is ideal for your HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuit training, Tabata routines and is compatible with many more sports. For instance it also works perfectly for training or sparring in combat sports or martial arts like boxing, kick boxing, muay thai, MMA and more as it'll keep track of your rounds. Finally, it is also great for all bodyweight exercices, at home or at the gym.
