After logging in, an attractive virtual terminal (VT) with a fresh look and feel awaits. Here, employees can easily record arrival and departure events (start of work, end of work, and breaks) with a simple touch of a button. The corresponding icons indicate in color (green and red) whether a clock-in or clock-out has just occurred and indicate any time entry for a time type — for example, "Office" or "Mobile Work." Time account overview in the virtual terminal (VT) The user-friendly virtual terminal (VT) provides a daily overview of your time account. This includes all clocked-in times and activities – from working hours to break times, from target hours to balances (overtime), from booked time types to the total hours worked per week so far. Optionally, you can also add a daily note (e.g., working from home – doing trades in the house): a pen and various event icons are provided for this purpose. Practical calendars with list and month views Whether it's a holiday, vacation, or documented sick leave, your employees can also use their smartphones with practical calendar functions, keeping them up to date with their own attendance and absences.
