In Bank Muscat Soft Token App you can: • Approve your financial transaction by tapping on push notifications received on your registered mobile device. • Authenticate your Non-Financial transactions through Soft One-Time Password (OTP). • Fallback authentication through Coloured QR code if push notification is not received. • This service is completely free of cost and available in English and Arabic. The Soft Token facility is not available to the following: • Joint account holders. • Corporate Internet Banking customers. • Meethaq customers.
